On November 28th, experts from all over the world meet once again at the fifth Audio Branding Congress in Moscow to talk about the latest trends and innovations of the use of sound and silence in communication and product design. One highlight of the event will be the presentation of the Audio Branding Award.

The motto of the congress is "Sound Opportunities". It stands for new opportunities of the intentional use of sound and silence in brand communications as well as very promising conditions for the development of new business in the Russian market.

The program includes many different items, i.a. the poster presentations from the scientific call for papers. After participating in the Audio Branding Award with the Linde Case in 2012, with Michele Arnese amp is a member of the award jury at this year´s congress.

Furthermore and in cooperation with the University of Vienna and the Macromedia University for Media and Communication Cologne, amp will present a poster about "the perceptibility of audiologos under everyday conditions of transmission and reception":
On the basis of the masking effect in everyday life, the study concentrates on testing the transmission capacity of audiologos and acoustic components that appear more rubust and flexible in different acousic environments. This is especially relevant in view of communication using new media and any digital devices. At the congress, the study results will be shown and participants can handle an interactive matrix application comparing audiologos with spectrograms and frequency characteristics put into graphs.
